Three Pillars  of Catalog Management

Brand Registry

Amazon Brand Registry protects you from unauthorized resellers who steal your Buy Box, and mess up your listing.

By enrolling within Brand Registry you are enabled to take down those resellers when they pop up on your listing by telling Amazon that they aren't contractually obligated to sell your products, and are infringing on your intellectual property rights.

01

Listing Optimization

It all starts with setting up your ASINs within Amazon Seller Central correctly the first time.

Here are some of the basics: Utilize a UPC, not an FNSKU. Secondly, align your internal SKU naming to be the same as your Amazon SKU naming. These two things will simplify your supply chain on Amazon.

Next, make sure you add your ASIN to the correct browse node, and properly update all areas required for SEO. This will allow the Amazon algorithm to show your product to relevant searches.

Finally, make sure to merge your listing's properly as it will improve your organic rank, customer experience, and overall, boost sales.

02

Account Health

Account Health monitoring and management is crucial to avoid selling disruptions on Amazon.

Identify product policy violations, and required documentation updates from Amazon before it becomes an issue to avoid ASIN or Account Suspensions.

If ASINs become suspended handle appeals in a timely manner by providing all necessary documentation to get your products re-instated.

Our SEO Process

Two Account Health Checks Per Week

We perform Account Health checks on Monday's & Thursday's to ensure your account is healthy and compliant. This includes monitoring Buy Box status, product policy violations, documentation requests from Amazon, and more.

Proactive Issue Management

If we identify any issues, we take immediate action to address them. We start working on the case proactively, keeping you updated throughout the process. If needed, we’ll request necessary documentation to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Inventory Reporting

We monitor inventory levels every single Monday and prepare an inventory report, with written call-outs in your private Slack channel.

Each Monday you'll receive a report that works backwards from your lead time, and your desired days of stock coverage. It will outline what products need to be shipped in, and how much quantity needs to be shipped.

For all Tier 1, and Tier 2 ASINs, we will directly write out days of cover, and units remaining within your Slack to streamline inventory shipments for these high priority ASINs.

Collaborative Strategy for Catalog Adjustments

For Catalog matters that aren't related to Account Health, we work closely with you to plan out Catalog updates. We'll discuss strategies around creating new ASINs, merging listings, or adjusting attributes on a call.

Once all parties are aligned on the approach, we execute these updates on your behalf to maintain an optimized backend Catalog.
