Our Reporting Process
Business Goals
We start by defining the goals of your business. We start off each Month by defining your sales goal, the budget you’re allocating, and the efficiency metrics (ACOS/ROAS/TACOS) you want to achieve.
These goals provide a framework for tracking progress and pacing.
Weekly Reports
Every Monday you’ll receive Inventory & Account Health reporting with written callouts in Slack. This keeps you aware of when you need to ship products in to Amazon, and what we need to do to keep your products in the BuyBox.
Every Tuesday you’ll receive P&L, Advertising, Sales, and a Traffic & Conversion report so that you are up to date with how your efforts are going on Amazon.
Monthly Reports
At the end of each month, we prepare an in-depth report reflecting on the month’s performance.
This report gives a detailed look at sales, advertising, inventory, account health, and your P&L, helping to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Quarterly Reports
At the end of each quarter, we compile a comprehensive quarterly review.
This report provides a high-level analysis on business performance over the past quarter.
Delivery and Review
Reports are delivered via Slack or email, ensuring easy access and timely review.
Additionally, reports are discussed on calls to ensure alignment on strategy and any necessary course corrections.
